  Customer service here is extremely mediocre, or simply just not present. The staff is very unprofessional when conversing with customers. The staff should learn how to adequately establish assistance as opposed to the regularly ill-mannered looks, rudely interrupting a customer, or showing no remorse for terrible customer service. Prejudice behaviors have been present on various accounts! For instance, I provided all my identification from driver's license, social security, and even account information just to have access to a replacement debit card denied. Luckily, I've been a Chase customer for 10 years, thus I took my service somewhere else for a quick replacement with no hassle. Stay away from this unfit business location that gives currency exchange like customer service.
