  Worst customer service ever. The older woman that works there is very rude and pretentious. She treated us as if we were a bother and that she did not want to help us.
  Also, if you plan on selling gold here I would get a second opinion. We were told that some of our pieces were not gold or just sterling silver. Since we were doubtful we ended up going to another jeweler not too far from here. NIGHT AND DAY EXPERIENCE...we were greeted warmly and the gentleman treated us like customers. Also, all of our pieces were gold except for one. AND Norridge Jewelers wanted to give us less than half of what this jeweler gave us. So either they're dishonest or they're incompetent. In my opinion to give someone the wrong information about their jewelry is irresponsible and it takes away from your credibility. I will never step foot in this place again and if anyone asks I will share my experience with them.
  
  (Oh and by the way Norridge Jewelers the snake bracelet that you INSISTED was not gold was 40 grams gold 21Kt)
