  This location was so rude. There was a boy there who was helping me with an Apple Watch that was supposed to be sent to my home last week. I️ never received it and never got a call about anything different. I️ was being given the run around from the 800 number and they told me I would have to go to the store. I️ called the store multiple times and no answer, 4x in one day! Last time I️ was there they had also asked for my address to update it for shipping out since I moved and surprise, it still wasn’t updated today. At the end of this day of being on the phone with T-Mobile for a total of 1 hour and having to driving to the store because they wouldn’t answer the phone- he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, didn’t say goodbye. Nothing. No customer service, verified who I️ was at the end of the conversation when he finally asked for my ID, and clearly didn’t care about the situation. To say I’m upset, would be an understatement - if I go back in there- I️ will make sure that I️ do not give him any of my business
